We are often asked where we will go next. This page is a listing of our plans, so far as we now know. We generally try to plan about six months ahead, with some latitude for last minute changes. As "professional" volunteers, we make all efforts to keep each commitment that we make so it is a very rare thing that we make any major changes, but the "On the Road" periods are usually very un-planned, except the start and end points. If you should discover that we will spending some time in your area, or if we seem to be passing your way, just let us know and we will try and meet you.

Spring is here and summer on the way!

We had a very mild winter and even had rain so spring is here with a glory! Our plans for the coming months are not very complicated this year. We will be leaving here on May 24 to travel first to Council Grove, KS for my highschool alumni reunion and then from there on to Sequim, WA for a couple of weeks with our son there. Our eldest grandson will receive his Eagle Scout award on June 5 and then graduate from High School on June 8! We will likely be back home again by June 15.

This will be a summeer without a lot of travel as Pam has not fully recovered from her ankle replacement surgery yet, and we were told that it would take a year to be complete. As a result, I have accepted the job of keeping the common areas of our community mowed, so we will be pretty limited in our RV trips until fall. We are starting to make plans for the fall.

In the meantime, we have begun to make modifications on our new RV to make it better fit our needs. I have modified the TV mounting and once the finish work is complete, I'll post pictures. We have several other projects that we want to get done before we start to travel with it, so we do expect to keep busy! Should you happen to travel our direction, please do let us know as we would love to meet you and can even arrange a free RV spot for a night or two!
